Biography

Anne Wagner joined PNNL's Portland Office in 2009 as an Energy Efficiency Engineer. Her focus includes supporting energy efficiency, water efficiency and energy technology as well as technology market transformation and adoption projects. She currently supports several programs at the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. Anne works with building owners and operators to identify energy efficiency, water efficiency and renewable opportunities, performing feasibility studies and field assessments. Additionally, she provides expertise for policy development as well as technology implementation. Working with DOE's Building Technologies Office Anne managed the Wireless Metering Challenge, was involved with the High Performance Rooftop Unit Challenge and the Interior Lighting Campaign in addition to other Commercial Buildings Partnership Program initiatives. She has been active in the commercial buildings sector for over thirty years in positions including project engineer, account manager, project manager and program manager.
