Dr. Harding is a Post-doctoral Research Associate in the Hydrology Group. His experience includes basic and applied research in hydrology and hydroelectric machines. His principal areas of expertise are in experimental fluid dynamics, tidal velocity surveying, deployment of subsea instrumentation, and mechanical engineering design pertaining to hydroelectric and marine hydrokinetic turbines. He has experience with a wide range of experimental scales, from full scale marine hydrokinetic turbine prototypes to laboratory scale testing and instrumentation of low head hydro-turbines.
