Biography
Rosemarie Bartlett joined PNNL full time in 1991 and most of her work over the past 25 years has been focused on the study of energy efficiency in buildings. She is the Deputy Program Manager for DOE's Building Energy Codes Program and oversees all of the Program's Adoption and Compliance activities. Rosemarie has authored/co-authored over 50 technical reports, book chapters, and journal articles. She managed all of the BECP American Reinvestment and Recovery Act projects; efforts totaling several million dollars. She also supported management of the Commercial Building Partnerships Program, overseeing 7 projects with the goal of developing a set of energy-efficient, market-ready building design solutions that are being replicated within partner portfolios and widely deployed throughout the commercial building sector.
Ms. Bartlett has served as a trainer on a wide variety of topics ranging from technical training on the Facility Energy Decision System software and building energy codes and standards to training on radiation basics and stationary and mobile radiation portal monitors at ports of entry on the northern and southern U.S. borders.
