Bill Rickard and Georganne O'Connor Win Crystal Award for ALE Book

Written by Georganne O'Connor and Bill Rickard, The History of the Fitzner/Eberhardt Arid Lands Ecology Reserve: Four Decades of Environmental Research received two Communicator awards in this year's competition: a Crystal Award of Excellence for technical writing and an Award of Distinction for book design. There were 3,743 entries from throughout the United States and abroad this year. About 13% (486) won the Crystal Award of Excellence. ETD staff members Roger Dirkes and Ellen Prendergast also participated in the project as well as Kathy Feaster (EDO). Congratulations, team!
