Microtechnology
In microtechnology PNNL is advancing the understanding of science and physical principles governing processes in very small engineered structures. We further apply those principles to developing innovative engineering solutions of value in a broad range of applications. Our work is enhanced through our alliance with Oregon State University to support the objectives of the Microproducts Breakthrough Institute and the Oregon Nanotechnology and Microtechnology Institute.
