MBI

The MBI is located in Building 11 on the Hewlett Packard campus in Corvallis, Oregon and is the sole occupant. The facility was substantially expanded in 2010 through a major capital construction project funded by the State of Oregon. The expansion effort increased useable space from 20,000 to 55,000 sq. ft. consisting of offices, laboratories, enhanced classroom and conference rooms, and a microchannel device fabrication facility. A sampling of industry tenants include; Microflow CVO, Inspired Light, LLC and OR-CAL, Inc. The Institute also houses numerous Oregon State University labs and the Oregon Process Innovation Center.

More information about the MBI can be obtained through Ward TeGrotenhuis, Co-Director and Jair Lizarazo-Adarme, On-site Operations Manager.
