Framework for Risk Analysis in Multimedia Environmental Systems (FRAMES) is a software platform which now exists for decision-makers and environmental modelers to link their preferred codes with others that are required to perform an appropriate assessment.
The FRAMES allows different codes to be linked to communicate with each other. FRAMES is an open-architecture, object-oriented system that provides an environmental database. This software platform aids the user in constructing a Conceptual Site Model that is real-world based. Furthermore, the software allows the user to choose the most appropriate codes to solve simulation requirements, and it presents graphical packages for analyzing results.
