Biography
Katie Wagner joined PNNL in 2010. Her work is centered on supporting National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) analyses, environmental compliance, and Endangered Species Act (ESA) consultations. Ms. Wagner has a background in aquatic physiological ecology and utilizes molecular techniques to model and monitor changes in fish due to environmental stressors, such as hydropower. In addition to her environmental background, Ms. Wagner supports hazards and safety analyses for complex projects. Her responsibilities include task management, data management, quality assurance, and data analysis. Ms. Wagner also serves as a deputy project manager on both small- and large-scale environmental projects. Ms. Wagner is currently supporting a variety of projects for the U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Bonneville Power Administration, and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Ms. Wagner has authored over 12 technical reports and has published 4 journal articles. She has over 3 years of experience with NEPA-related documents and over 8 years of environmental experience.
