Biography
Varun Sood is a research engineer with Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. He joined PNNL's Buildings and Connected Systems group in November 2018 and will be supporting the U.S. Army Reserve and Federal Energy Management Program. His focus includes supporting the Energy and Water Security (Resiliency) analysis and the Comprehensive Energy, Water and Waste Evaluation (CEWWE) efforts. Prior to joining PNNL, Varun was a Resource Efficiency Manager (REM) for the Army Reserve and was responsible for promoting the energy and water conservation programs at 63d Readiness Division. He also worked as a Project Engineer for an ESCO and has experience in the development of energy and water efficient projects for Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs).
