Biography

Jaime has worked in the consumer electronics industry since the early 2000's. The majority of this time was spent managing his own installation and system integration business with a focus on controls. He earned his Electrical Engineering Degree at Portland State University specializing in Power Systems. While working as a research assistant at Portland State he performed studies in grid based IoT and transformer thermal modelling in collaboration with Portland General Electric. He was awarded for his work in transformer modeling at the 2018 IEEE Power and Energy Society General Meeting. Jaime joined PNNL in December of 2018 as a Senior Associate Electrical Engineer.
