Biography
Travis Douville is a Project Manager contributing to grid integration and comprehensive valuation of energy resources. He also develops solutions that improve energy and water resilience of buildings and large campuses, and conducts broad analyses to inform energy policy and guide technology adoption.
He joined PNNL in 2019 from Vestas-American Wind Technology, where he managed the Balance of Plant and SCADA team, which assisted interconnection, control, commissioning, and compliance for utility-scale wind parks across the United States and Canada. He also matured technologies in support of siting and environmental compliance (i.e. Aircraft Detection Lighting Systems, Tall Towers, and Avian Deterrents), cybersecurity, and hybrid (wind, solar, and storage) power plants. Prior to joining Vestas in 2016, he spent ten years supporting aerospace methods development and system development and demonstration.
