Biography
Kyle joined the Energy Policy and Economics group at PNNL in 2020. He is currently working on projects involving ecosystems services valuation and nonmarket valuation. Prior to joining PNNL, Kyle completed his PhD at the University of Oregon, and then worked at Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment as a visiting assistant professor. His research has examined the social impacts of drought and water shortages using econometric modelling.
