Biography
Devyn Powell joined PNNL in 2021 as an energy research analyst. Her work focuses on policy research and analysis related to energy storage, energy equity, and decarbonization. Prior to joining PNNL, she worked at Evergreen Action, Solar United Neighbors, and 350.org. Devyn has earned a B.A. in International Relations and Environmental Studies from Tufts University and a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University, and she is based in Portland, Oregon.
